This means that under no circumstances will we be able to provide a refund for a purchase. The only exception to this rule is if payment has been made more than once for the same course, in which case a refund will be processed.

This includes going through sample slides that can be found on our website. Unfortunately, if you are unhappy with a course after purchasing it, we will not be able to provide assistance or a refund.
